1. Agreement

By signing up to be an Affiliate in the Mama Dose Affiliate Program ("Program") on the Refersion platform, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service"). Mama Dose reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Program, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to the Terms of Service. Continued use of the Program after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

2. Affiliate Registration

• To enroll in the affiliate program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.

• Submit a completed application through the Refersion platform.

• Have a valid and active website, blog, or social media profile that is in line with Mama Dose's values and target audience.

3. Commission and Payment

• Affiliates will receive a 10.00% commission for each sale that is made through their affiliate link, provided the customer makes the purchase online with processed valid payment and does not return the product within the return policy period.

• Commissions are paid out only on transactions that have been successfully completed and for which payment has been received in full.

• Payment will be made through the Refersion platform, and affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their payment information is accurate and up-to-date.

• The cookie duration is set at 90 days. Affiliates will earn a commission on sales attributed to their account during this time frame if the customer does not clear their browser cookies.

4. Legal Compliance and Conduct

• Affiliates must comply with all federal, state, and local regulations within their jurisdiction. This includes all advertising, marketing, and promotional laws and regulations.

• Affiliates may not create or distribute any material that infringes on the intellectual property rights of Mama Dose or any other entity.

• Affiliates must not engage in any deceptive, misleading, or unethical practices and must not make any false or exaggerated claims about Mama Dose products.

5. Privacy Policy

As an affiliate, you may receive sensitive information, including but not limited to customer data. You are required to:

• Respect customer privacy and confidentiality at all times.

• Comply with all applicable laws concerning the protection of personal information.

• Not disclose, sell, or distribute any customer information to third parties.

• Use the information solely for the purpose of the Program and in accordance with Mama Dose's guidelines.

6. Termination

The affiliate relationship can be terminated by either party at any time. Upon termination, the affiliate must remove all references to Mama Dose and the affiliate program, including links and logos, from their website and other marketing materials.

7. Modification

Mama Dose may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at its sole discretion. These modifications may include, but are not limited to, changes in the scope of available commissions, commission schedules, payment procedures, and Affiliate Program rules.
